A multi-talented professional, Jeni has worked in both the performing and fine arts arena. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Theatrical Arts from the University of California, Irvine and began her professional life as a commercial photographer. During this time she experienced many facets of the visual communications industry and moved her focus towards creative direction and consulting. Her photographic background and knowledge of the creative process gave her an edge in working with design firms and creative departments. She founded Big Fish Promotions, a staffing firm specializing in creative and marketing industries, in 1994 and oversees the company's development.
As a business owner for over 15 years, Jeni shares her experience in business development, organizational and design strategies with many companies throughout North America.
